Management of Navkar Institute has the sole discretion to alter or change the venue of the campus programme delivered, test centre, dates of written test, faculties for the subjects or the topics and the pattern of the teaching process without prior notice or approval.
Appointment of the faculties for a particular subject/topic will be at sole discretion of the management of Navkar Institute. It reserves all rights to alter or change the faculties.
A student joining the course agrees to the condition that he/she is not entitled to claim any refund of the fees on the ground of change of faculties. The list of faculties provided in the brochure is only for reference.
Payment of the fee should be made on or before the prescribed date notified by the authorities, failing which admission will be forfeited.
Amount once paid towards admission programme fee is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.
All students are required and expected to follow the code of conduct, rules, and regulations that are applicable from time to time.
Any act of academic dishonesty, misconduct, indiscipline, violence, or damage caused to Navkar will be construed as an offence against the Institute, and such students will be debarred from further studies at Navkar.
