Every company requires a CA; there is a growing demand for CA in different organizations. Again the course scheme has been revised by ICAI which made it possible to become a CA in span of just 4 years which used to be around 6 years earlier. Thus these are the basic two factors which have attracted students towards this course. Since last few years we can see that the numbers of CA aspirants have been increasing with great pace. It is the right time to grab the opportunity and cater as much as students we can.

     We are glad to introduce ourselves as one the leading C.A. coaching institutes. We have been into this profession for last 13 years and in that have laid down may milestones but” this is just the starting” as said by our director- HITESH SHAH. Right now we teach around 2500 students simultaneously at a single place. In just last three years we have given more than 125 national rankers and hope to increase the number. More than 1200 chartered accountants have been produced by us. Also now we started C.S coaching in accreditation in year 2009. This has become possible due to strong culture and systems that have been created.

What is this business all about?
This is the service provided by Navkar Institute for CA Coaching to the students who can not avail our services due to geographical barriers. So now we want to cater that market which want to have services but are not able to avail because of geographical barriers.

What can be the working hours?
One could expect a working day of around 8 hrs, but then it depends upon the situation.

Will the Navkar-HQ exercise control over my operations?
Yes.  As far as our systems are concerned we will demand strict follow up. We want you to take up our control as positive process. This is required to get success as it is possible only if working model of HQ is replicated at your end.

Can I get the franchisee if I have no experience of this field?
Yes. You can start with the franchisee even though you don’t have any experience of the same field. But what is required is your passion to learn for doing business.

What is the Advertising expenditure? 
The local level advertising expenditure will be borne by you. However, we will provide you with our standard marketing stuff like we will give you neon board, along with that a few more things. Also we will advertise about your branch whenever we will be giving any ad for across India. Apart from these we will also provide you assistance if you want.

Will I be terminated?
Yes we can terminate your franchisee. Even after giving regular warnings if you keep disobeying the regulation we may terminate in you and in that case the fee may not be returned. 

Can I go part time for this business?
Yes of course you can go part time but the only condition is that we need your efforts. Even by going part time if you are able to get students and generate income for yourself we will be very happy to allow you. But we prefer that you take this business as fulltime only as if you don’t give proper attention to this business then market will take care of that and you won’t get benefit.

What will be my fixed costs?
The fixed cost to be incurred would be franchisee fee that you will pay to us, which will be renewed every 5 years and infrastructure cost.

What will be the variable expense?
The variable cost will include the cost of faculty, the operating expenses and others.

What will be the payback period?
Sorry we are not giving any commitment for the success. We provide the best systems but it is you to put needed efforts. If you put enough efforts then payback period is bound to be little. Of course we are here to support your efforts and guide you how to get maximum return.

What is the minimum I will earn?
Again as the success depends on your efforts so do the revenues. If your efforts are very good and if you are able to get more number of students surely you can increase your earnings like anything. Talking about the minimum we have chalked out a calculation which will show minimum profitability on a conservative approach.

Can I pay the franchisee fee in installments?
Again Sorry!! Franchisee fee is the to be paid upfront to us.

Will NAVKAR open up a new branch in same city?
It depends upon the growth opportunity. In case one franchisee is not able to meet up the total demand of students we may allow opening a new franchisee in that city itself. But again it depends on the City and will be a total discretion of Navkar Only.
